Name shoes! Not released in Japan? Altan / Altan 1 eyelet derby 6 1/2

This is a 1-eyelet derby from Altan, a renowned French shoemaker known to connoisseurs.
Made with high-quality calfskin in black, size 6 1/2. I wear size 6 1/2 in John Lobb, and this feels like a similar fit.
I saw it in a magazine article and fell in love with it, so I had it shipped from France. This was about 20 years ago. It has a beautiful silhouette, a semi-square cap toe with one eyelet, and a sophisticated look.
There are some minor cracks due to wear and tear, and some glue residue from the insole replacement (no stickiness, it comes with a brand new cork insole). It's not in perfect condition, but it's perfectly wearable. The outsole has been replaced with Dainite once. It has not been resoled.
Altan is where Yuki Shirahama, known for his high-quality shoes at YUKI SHIRAHAMA BOTTIER, trained. As far as I know, this shoe is not available in Japan, making it very difficult to obtain.
